Returns
All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. Merchandise with a manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return unless specific authorization for such return has been given in advance by the customer service department. No returns for merchandise will be authorized past 25 days from shipping date. Items must be returned in “as new” condition. Orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s original cost.
