Standard AquaNotes® for Corporations
Standard, non-customized AquaNotes being ordered for corporate gifts can be shipped within 1-4 working days. A 50 unit minimum order is required.
Custom Branded AquaNotes® for Corporations AquaNotes can be custom printed with corporate logos on the mast-head of the notepad. In order to minimize cost and pricing to customers, custom printed orders are bundled together to achieve the minimum size that is necessary to conduct a manufacturing run. These manufacturing runs occur approximately every 30 days. The lead time to complete the manufacturing process and ship is approximately 4-6 weeks after the manufacturing run is ordered. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order and full payment is required before product is shipped. A 250 unit minimum order is required.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated individually for each order and added to the invoice. UPS, Parcel Post, Common Carrier and Air Freight are available. In most cases, freight will be prepaid with charges added to invoice.
Returns & Refund Policy
All custom printed merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless specific authorization for such return has been given in advance by the customer service department. No returns for merchandise will be authorized past 30 days from shipping date.
International Orders - Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied after a shipment reaches the destination country. The charges for customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient since Calmar Consulting Corporation does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
